Boiler Servicing and Maintenance

Very pleased to find a company that can actually maintain an air source heat pump and underfloor heating system – so many can’t. Provided a quote before we booked…..turned up as arranged and provided a highly professional service. We’ll use again next year for annual service!

Nothing but absolute praise. The owner came the day we phoned and the quotation was with us a couple of hours after he left. Very impressed with his knowledge and the way he did the survey. Shane, the engineer arrived when they said he would. He was a pleasure to have around- courteous, clean, tidy worker, got on with the job and kept us informed, including explaining why he considered some extras should be done to correct some faults with the old system whilst installing a new boiler and flushing through the heating system. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Outstanding service from Heat Norfolk. I called at 9am on a Monday morning to report a boiler failure. The telephone staff organised for an engineer to call that day and were very helpful in letting me know exactly when to expect the engineer. Their engineer was on site by 12.30 and had identified and fixed the problem by 1.15pm. Great service from a reliable local company.

Speedy turnout to non functioning boiler (same day) and diagnosed fuel contamination and drained off to get issue sorted on first visit. Second visit to attend to slight weep on fuel line -Joint disturbed on visit one ?? possibly. We have heat!!!Well done Heat Norfolk

Very happy with our new boiler installation from Heat Norfolk. Very professional service throughout. All our enquiries were dealt with efficiently and effectively. Probably not the cheapest option but as they say ‘you pay for what you get’. I have every confidence our work was carried out to the highest standard and that peace of mind is priceless for an essential part of a functioning home. The engineer, Terry, was polite, extremely knowledgeable and carried out the work in tidy manor. No hesitation in recommending this company and will use again.

I cannot praise heat Norfolk enough arrived when they said the 2 young men who came worked so hard from the moment they arrived till they left, our job was not the easiest an old church hall would highly recommend them Paul and Drew office side of things were also great also phoning them was a joy answered all my questions thank you Heat Norfolk.

All we can say is ‘blooming marvellous’ – the whole process from the survey by Paul, and installation by Shane and Morgan was excellent. We were kept informed at every step of the way and when Shane encountered some issues with pipe work etc he used his skills to remedy the problems. They worked to the time plan and every day they tidied and ‘hoovered’ up – We thoroughly recommend Heat Norfolk and if you are lucky you will get Shane and Morgan! Our house has never been so warm – thank you all at Heat Norfolk!
